Enhancements, Memory Care

The properties were purchased by IRET,and Edgewood communities plan:

  • Long-term presence with residents, families and staff members
  • $8 million enhancements in the three “Wind” properties
  • First introduction of Memory Care assisted living services in the state
  • Personalized care to help people stay as independent as possible
